We sure are an angry bunch

We are some angry folks.  Survey published in Esquire says Americans are angrier than ever before.

According to a survey, 68 percent of respondents said they got angry at least once a day.

"I think part of what we have to blame for that is, if you stop and think about what you are reading, what you are listening to, and what you are talking to other people about, and are those types of topics making you angrier," said Dr. Michelle Moore, Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry at LSU Health New Orleans School of Medicine.

And she adds all that anger is not good for us.

"Absolutely, it is not good for our health at all," Moore noted.  "It does have a lot of physical health effects and mental health effects as well, so it's going to come across in your relationships with other people, it may impact you at work, and your productivity, but it's definitely going to impact your body and your physical health, a lot."

She suggests we take a step back and have some silence in our lives and focus on the good things going on around us.      The survey even showed that women were more angrier than men.
